Arenya evaluates different types of residential properties throughout the Greater Houston area, including single-family homes, inherited properties, vacant homes, and rental properties. Every property and situation is reviewed individually to determine whether there may be a fit.
What if the property is inherited, vacant, rented, or in pre-foreclosure?
Arenya can review a variety of circumstances, including inherited, vacant, or tenant-occupied properties and properties facing time-sensitive situations. Additional documentation or participation from authorized decision-makers may be required. Arenya does not provide legal, tax, or foreclosure advice.
Does my property need to be in perfect condition?
What areas does Arenya serve?
No. We consider properties in any condition, including those needing significant repairs, deferred maintenance, or cosmetic updates. You do not need to make repairs or clean out the property before our evaluation.
Arenya primarily evaluates properties in Houston and surrounding Greater Houston communities. Properties outside the immediate area may be considered individually.
Is there any obligation after I submit my information?
How is the transaction handled?
No. Submitting your information only allows Arenya to review the property and learn more about your circumstances. You are not required to accept an evaluation or move forward.
If both parties decide to move forward, the transaction is documented in writing and coordinated through a professional title company. The title company helps manage title review, required documentation, and closing.
How quickly will Arenya contact me?

We strive to review all submissions promptly. Typically, a member of our team will reach out within 24 to 48 hours to discuss your property and learn more about your priorities and timeline.
Closing timelines depend on the property, title review, required documentation, and the terms mutually agreed upon by the parties. Arenya does not guarantee a specific closing date.
Are there any commissions or hidden fees?
Do I need to make repairs or clean out the property first?
There is no cost to submit a property evaluation request. If a potential transaction is considered, its terms and any applicable costs will be clearly disclosed in writing before you decide whether to proceed.
No. You can contact Arenya before making repairs, removing belongings, or cleaning the property. Any property condition or cleanout considerations can be discussed as part of the evaluation.
Property information is reviewed to determine whether there may be a fit. No offer, price, savings, or closing date is guaranteed.
